1. Eligibility

2. Nature of the Service (No Real-Money Gambling)
Spinomera is an entertainment-only social casino.
The Platform does not offer real-money gambling, wagering, betting, lotteries, or any activity that permits users to stake or win real money or items of monetary value.
No aspect of the Platform constitutes gambling under applicable law. The Platform does not allow:

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
You must not share your account or allow any third party to access it. We may limit users to one account per person unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Virtual Currency and Virtual Items
All virtual currency and virtual items available on the Platform are licensed to you, not sold, and remain the exclusive property of Spinomera.
Virtual items may be earned through gameplay, granted as bonuses or promotions, or purchased for entertainment purposes only.
We may, at any time and without liability, modify, rebalance, reset, suspend, remove, or discontinue any virtual currency, item, feature, or progression system for reasons including:
- fairness,
- security,
- maintenance,
- or technical changes.
You acknowledge that you have no ownership interest in virtual items and that no compensation is owed for their loss, alteration, or removal.
5. Purchases, Payments, Chargebacks, and Refunds
Purchases on the Platform relate exclusively to virtual items or features for entertainment use.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We do not provide refunds for unused virtual items, dissatisfaction with gameplay outcomes, or account termination resulting from a breach of these Terms.
Where a technical error results in purchased virtual items not being delivered, our sole obligation is, at our discretion, to correct the error, re-deliver the items, or credit equivalent virtual items.
Chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes for delivered virtual items may result in immediate account suspension or termination and forfeiture of virtual items.
6. Gameplay, Outcomes, and No Guarantees
Gameplay outcomes are simulated, randomised, or otherwise generated by the Platform. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, progression, rewards, success, or availability of any feature.
Skill, strategy, time spent, or purchases do not guarantee any particular result.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, or other professional advice, nor implies real-world financial gain.
7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
You must not engage in conduct that undermines the integrity of the Platform. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Use of bots, automation, scripts, exploits, or unauthorised tools
- Manipulation of gameplay, promotions, or systems
- Harassment, abuse, or harmful behaviour towards others
- Interference with the Platform’s technical operation
- Reverse engineering, tampering, or unauthorised access
- Buying, selling, trading, or transferring accounts or virtual items
Any activity deemed abusive, manipulative, fraudulent, or harmful to the Platform or its users may result in enforcement action, including resets, suspensions, or permanent bans, without notice.
8. User Content
If you submit, upload, or otherwise provide content, you grant Spinomera a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, host, display, reproduce, modify, and moderate such content in connection with the Platform.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our policies.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, software, code, trademarks, logos, designs, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Spinomera.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
You must not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
10. Availability, Changes, and Beta Features
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access to the Platform. Features may be experimental, temporary, or subject to change or removal at any time.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform without liability. Continued use of the Platform following changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
11. Jurisdictional Availability
The Platform may not be available in all jurisdictions, and access may be restricted or prohibited where use would be unlawful. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
12. Responsible Use
Although the Platform is not a gambling service, we encourage responsible and balanced use.

13. Limitation of Liability

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or if continued access poses a risk to the Platform or its users.
Upon termination, all access ceases, all virtual items and licences are forfeited, and no compensation is provided.
15. Assignment
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
16. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, hosting failures, strikes, war, or governmental actions.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Spinomera regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, communications, or representations.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
